Back in the Saddle...

Again. After a month off from eating right and exercising, it's time to refocus. For a while after Christmas I was able to "cheat" a little and slack off on the workouts and I wasn't seeing much difference on the scale. Then Easter hit. Me and Cadbury Eggs go WAY back. And my body decided to let the weeks of slacking catch up to me. In one week.

So I hauled my heavier butt to the gym tonight. I am going to try to work back into it slowly, but I KNOW I'll be hurtin' tomorrow. I go to Utah in a week and a half and I would like to fit into the clothes I purchased JUST for this trip.

And three months ago I made the goal to fit into my wedding dress by my anniversary, which is ALSO in a week and a half. Don't know if that's going to happen, but I'll give it my best. :)

And last but not least, WELCOME SPRING!! After a horrible Spring Break and weekend the sun finally came out and thawed/dried us out. Hoo-RAH.

Good luck!

I'm with you on those danged Cadbury eggs. I can't believe how much weight Easter put on me. Sigh.

You can do it! They were out of all things Cadbury by the time I went to buy Easter candy. Probably just as well for me.

Oh, unfortunately I SO hear you with the Cadbury eggs. I bought a couple of boxes (for Easter) before discovering that no one in my family will eat them. So, of course, they were mine, all mine. Mmmm. (I'm talking about the cream eggs, which I adore, but the little chocolate ones are pretty darn good too.) And I cannot seem to drag my pregnant body out of bed for anything remotely resembling exercise. But good luck to you. I'd loan you some will power--if I had any.

You'll be fine! You are just one of those woman who can do ANYTHING once you set your mind to it. You are strong and determined my friend, and will be lookin' good in your new clothes in no time :)

If anyone can do you can! That is a great goal to fit back in the wedding dress. I may just have to pull mine out of the closet and see what four kids and seven and a half years has done to me.

oh, cadburry mini eggs are my favorite. From now until Thanksgiving I will be fine, but Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day and then Easter kill me! I really like food!
